He is on the Advisory Board for a number of companies and is also a prolific business author, mentor, and guest lecturer, working with scaling businesses. Also experienced in Entrepreneurship as the owner of both Think Tank Media (creative design and manufacturing) and Jicaro Island Ecolodge (luxury sustainable hotel). Currently also mentors students at University of Leeds. Active member of Association of Independent Music (AIM) Climate Action Group.
Kyle Devine

Kyle Devine is the author of Decomposed: The Political Ecology of Music, which is an environmental history of the recording industry. He is currently writing a book about how today’s music industries are responding to climate crisis. Devine works in the Department of Musicology and the Oslo School of Environmental Humanities at the University of Oslo, Norway.
Will Johns

An experienced singer and guitarist. He has worked with artists such as Joe Strummer, Ronnie Wood, Jack Bruce, and Bill Wyman and performed at events such as Blues on The Farm, Birmingham Jazz and Blues, Rainbow Festival and Cambridge Rock Festival along with other international destinations. Will was also nominated the ‘Best Original Blues Song’ by the British Blues Awards for three consecutive years.
