CEO & Co-Founder
Marc is a critical thinker and lifelong learner. He thrives on the fringes where disruption meets conformity. He is focused on designing, developing and delivering innovation-led projects that move us towards a sustainable, equitable and just society. As a lover of music, he has developed festivals, events, radio shows and music production in a career spanning 3 decades. His weekly radio show ‘UYC Experience’ has been at the forefront of artist/music promotion for over 10 years. He is the co-founder of Evolution Music and the public face of the company.
Director (Sustainability lead) & Co-Founder
Steve has worked in the sustainability sector since the 1990s, with a long history of involvement in innovative and pioneering sustainability projects. Steve is a co-founding Director of Evolution Music Ltd, with a key role around R&D project planning and strategy. He is a champion of EM’s value driven approach and is passionate about ‘music with a message’, as well as great music in general! He is also active in the permaculture movement and is a playing member and Chair of his local cricket club.
Director (Production)
Rob Cass is a music producer, writer and musician based in London.
Early in his production and writing career Rob developed his skills when he was used by Universal Music to produce and mix tracks for hugely successful song writers such as Rob Fusari (Lady GaGa), Blair Daley (Faith Hill), Wayne Hector (WestLife, One Direction, Rascal Flatts), Jeff Cohen (Macy Gray, Big and Rich, Elvis Costello) and David Frank (Robert Palmer) amongst many others.
He has worked with acts across multi musical genres. from Estelle, Kelvyn Colt (Sony), Emily Burns (Island) to young successful rock bands such as Rews, Reigning Days and The dirty Youth to also working with several very successful young American cult indie/electronica artists such as Bill Baird from San Francisco and the highly acclaimed band Motopony and Daniel Blue from Seattle…
Rob has been an inhouse producer at Abbey Road Studios for eight years where he had his own production suite within the premises and worked independently and in association with Abbey Road. This resulted in Rob producing and mixing major heritage artists such as Jack Bruce (Cream), Phil Manzanera (Roxy Music), Bernie Marsden (Whitesnake), Joe Bonamassa, Ginger Baker (Cream), Brian May (Queen), Cindy Blackman Santana (Santana), Roachford, Beverley Knight, Imelda May, Kirk Hammett (Metallica), Baaba Maal to Louisiana blues legend Bobby Rush amongst many others
Partner Relationship Manager
Developing and maintaining strong customer, supply chain and partner relationships.
Loves music, theatre and sport (rugby, squash and cricket), food and the odd glass of wine or two.
Project Development Officer
With many years of experience in the music industry and a passion for the planet, Amy is the first point of contact for creating and developing relationships. She lives by our ethos of Earth care, fair share, people care…and pink hair!
Non Exec Director (Founder)
From his past business experience which includes running businesses in a number of sectors, Adrian has a good level of technical knowledge of the plastics industry across various applications, including within music industry equipment. He has significant experience of businesses that depend on maintaining strong long-term relationships within suppliers and customers.
